    Hey Girlies!

I’m booked in with Dr Tsekouras on 10th December for my BA — I couldn’t be more excited! It was originally supposed to be 5th November but due to COVID restrictions on people with asthma, my operation had to be post-poned.

I had my face to face consultation a couple of weeks ago now and we decided on 375cc high profile over the muscle implants. However, I am slightly worried…

Last year I went from 69kg to 52kg and over lockdown I have gradually put weight on to where I am now at 62kg. I am planning to lose 7kg before my 21st Birthday in March 2021. I don’t believe I have overly a lot of breast tissue as stands now but after the first time losing weight, I noticed my breast tissue decreased significantly and I’m worried this will happen again potentially leaving the implants looking visible.

I’m happy to lower the size to 350cc HP if it means the implant can go under the muscle. What do you girls think? He advised that under the muscle creates the risk of slipping meaning i could potentially need an uplift later down the line. Is this something I will be able to discuss again with him on the day?

If I have lost weight by then and there is a significant reduction in breast tissue (where my weight seems to come off first lol!) – would I be able to discuss the option of going under the muscle with him on the day of the operation? I trust his experience and knowledge to choose what the best option for me is but I’m motivated to lose weight to feel my best self and I want to make sure the implants look equally as great if I do drop a dress size!

Hey! I was in a different boat in that I was debating whether to go up a size about a week before my surgery and I contacted my PC who said if I wanted to change size and have another consultation with him then we’d have to push the date back to order a new size in! Although I read others on the forum were able to change their sizes a similar time before surgery so maybe it depends on your PC? I would maybe request another consultation with him closer to the time regardless and you can talk through with him about where you’re at and what you’re thinking? xx

Thanks so much for the advice – I will get in touch with my PC! Xx
