My experience Borderline uplift 375/400cc UHP overs Mr Mounir

Just thought id share my experience as i was borderline uplift but refused the uplift and just went with 375/400 UHP overs. I was a saggy empty 34c and found it hard trying to find girls with similar before boobs to me. I had Mr Mounir at First Trust Hospital Preston over night case and i cant thank him enough im so happy with my results so far and everyone in the hospital were amazing and friendly and looked after me so well. Im 5 days PO and have had minimal pain and have found recovery fine so far as i really was dreading it! I think i have been one of the lucky ones lol! Posted some pics below to show a little bit of progress, day 3 they look a bit weird but just shows how they can change looking at day 5 ? xxx

Hi Hayley and thankyou, honest i think you will be fine, i was worrying a few days before op wondering what they would look like when they were done as i opted out of uplift but i can honestly say im 100% happy so far. Bet your getting excited! What cc are you going for? X

I originally have said 425cc but have seen my PC and tried the sizers again and think I’m going for 475cc now. Got a meeting with my surgeon again in the 15th so will decide for sure then. I’m going under the muscle because I’m quite thin so it will help hide the implant. I’m excited but nervous. I would say my boobs are saggier than yours but my surgeon thinks I can get a good result with out the uplift. He said eventually I will need an uplift at some point but should be ok for now. I’m a 32c deflated. I’m 50kg, size 6/8. 5ft 6. What are your stats? Do you have an idea what bra size you will be now after surgery? X

I’m so glad I seen this post today , I’m having my procedure tomorrow and have opted out of the lift too . Yours look unreal ! The difference in just a couple of days is huge .
I’m having removal , capsulectomy and replacement and I’m soooo scared ? I have 18 year old 325 cc implants so I’ve done well to be fair ? going up to 500cc tomorrow. Thanks for sharing your pics xxxx

Its so hard deciding isnt it Hayley, i ended up changing my mind on the day of surgery and going for the 400cc which is the biggest i was offered, boob greed i think lol but so pleased i did. I think 475cc will be an amazing size!
I was wearing a 34c very deflated but to be honest i was most likely a B cup just never got measured too embarrassed. Im Size 8-10, 9st, 5ft2. My aim was to be DD maybe im dying to get measured but to early lol what are you hoping to be? Xx

My boobs are the same shape as your befores and they’re saying I need an uplift and implants. How did you decide to ignore them about the lift? I just don’t know what to do!

Hi Jessica i got given a choice, my surgeon said i could have implants and uplift now or just have the implants and then IF they start to sag/droop in weeks/months/years then have uplift. Who is your surgeon hun? Could you go for second opinion with someone else? X

Hi Jessica, I’m due to have my ba on the 28th August. I went to 4 different surgeons. Two said I need an uplift and smaller implants and the other two said I could go with a larger implant and maybe have an uplift in a few years. My surgeon’s before and after pics of people who are borderline needing an uplift but just had implants are amazing. Hope mine turn out as good. If you don’t want the lift now try seeing a different surgeon. It also depends what size you want to go and what profile you prefer. Hope this helps x

I have my initial consultation on 19th and really hoping I do t need an uplift – my boobs look very similar to your before so hoping I’ll be ok ?
Actually can’t wait for my consultation just to get the ball rolling and know where I’m at.
I’m going for tummy tuck and if I don’t need an uplift then ba too xxx

Just an update so this is day 12 they have dropped a bit and i feel they look more natural xx

Hi hun I’m glad your happy with your results! I can’t see the pictures. I’ve been told I am borderline lift firs thinking would like a lift but now been thinking about it realised I don’t want one I am meeting dr sleiter next week hoping he will agree with me on having just the implants. But am following people on the Instagram and their all having amazing results all in a great place on their chest but already have perky ones to start off with where as I don’t their all very saggy after 3 kids and am worried that the implants will sit quite low!

Im measuring a 30FF in Boux Avenue and 32F in M&S ill be 6 weeks post op on Monday

They look incredible!! I am borderline uplift and this has given me confidence. My surgery is next month and I’m starting to panic wondering if I should have an uplift, but with it being borderline I’d rather not.

Gosh sorry only just logged back on to see this your results are great! You happy with them? I’ve got mine booked for Sunday with dr sleiter I’m having 350cc hp. I’m so excited yet worried cos I’ve got a typical cold and my body is achey and numb with it I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now scared he will turn me down on Sunday ? xx

Hi Amy, I was the same Pre surgery, I’d had a cold for weeks and was so worried I’d get worse and my op would be cancelled. Take echinacea….it did the trick for me and you’ve still got a few days yet! Good luck with your op! X

Wow they look fab!! My surgery is at the November with Mr Marcellino ???? my boobs are very similar to yours pre op, My surgeon is recommending 350cc for me, he’s ordered 325, 350, 375 and 400 for the day! Because I have lost fullness ontop I’m leaving it down to him during surgery should he feel a 375 will ‘fill the pocket’ better. Excited now. Hoping to achieve a double D……! What size are you if you don’t mind me asking? I’m size 10 and 5’7 X

Amy i am happy with them to an extent with the fact they they are a million times better than they were, i am 13 weeks now, i loved them at 6 weeks but as time has gone on i must say they are soft and very squidgy than i had liked them to be and i still feel i have a bit of lose skin, i couldn’t go bra-less they aren’t firm enough and i lack upper fullness. Wouldn’t say that is my surgeons fault either but down to my poor judgement as i said i would of liked to be a DD (i thought a DD was a massive size) maybe could of got a bigger implant to fill them out more but then would they of just sagged as i was borderline uplift? X

Thanks Victoria, i would go for the 400cc its literally a teaspoon difference between that and the 375cc. I measured a 32f in m&s and a 30FF in Boux Avenue at 6wpo im thinking about getting measured again as i think they will be smaller now. Im size 8-10 5ft2, hope that helps. Xx
