@racheal hi, one of my implants has ruptured, I had the natrelle soft touch and read they are covered for ten year. Do you know if this price is reduced from surgery price or how you go about it etc? Xx

i had a removal and reaug with donut lift (didn’t really lift it though, more just an aereola reduction)

Did they need to make incisions in the scar tissue pocket / remove it?
Did you go for same size replacements?

I also had natrelle soft touch put in, just under 5 years later one ruptured. MYA agreed to reduce my op price.
After being quoted a reduced price I was told I may need a capsulotomy (release of the implant) or capsulectomy (removal of the implant) which is a additional cost, but they reduced the price for this too. And if neither is needed they would refund me.
