Surgery with dr Mahdi

Hello just thought to share my experience. I had breast augmentation surgery yesterday plus nipple reduction with Dr Mahdi at Prereston hospital. Can’t stress enough how smooth everything went. He was very professional and relaxed, and anesthesia went like a dream. No sore throat, felt even better when I woke up then usual days! No sickness was nice and hydrated, no dry lips. I was a size 34 A, with slight tubular shape, 1.75 cm height and 65 kg. Now I am currently only on paracetamol ibuprofen and antibiotics, as I found codeine

Codeine tablets were lowering my blood pressure and felt dizzy. Have some pain but nothing unbearable, sometimes period pain hurts more.

Hi Laura, that’s very reassuring to hear. I’m having surgery with Mr. Mahdi in November and having the same as you!! How’re you finding recovery? I’m so excited but so nervous at the same time! Haha xx

I totally understand I was anxious about it but it was a lot better than I was expected. Honestly the most difficult part that I find is being bloated and the upright sleeping position. I was never bloated like that in my entire life and I am vegan as well so I eat loads of fruits and vedegatbles. Be sure you take some laxatives earlier if you start to be bloated. I am on day 5 post op, my boobs started to soften, when I lay down I feel completely as before but when I walk by upper back hurts as muscle not used to the weight of the breasts
