Although there are several methods to increase the size of the buttocks, not everyone wants to resort to surgery.
The buttocks can be re-shaped and enlarged using Sculptra – a non-surgical option with minimum downtime.
Expect results to start showing after around 6 weeks, particularly after the second treatment. In most cases, 2 to 4 sessions are required for the result you may want.
Sculptra also differs from other buttock fillers such as hyaluronic acid. Sculptra uses the power of your own collagen, not a man made filler, to provide you with a fuller, firmer and more shapely bum.
This is a walk-in, walk-out treatment. Taking around 1 ½ to 2 hours, it’s a significant cost saver when compared to fat transfer or buttock implants.
Top Up Treatments
You will need to have a top up treatment after around 2 years as the Sculptra breaks down in the body over time.

How Large Will My Buttocks Be After Treatment?
This depends on the amount of hyaluronic acid that is injected and the current size and shape of your buttocks. Our experts will be able to provide you with realistic expectations at your initial consultation.
Am I Suitable For Treatment?
This treatment offers a lift as well as creating volume and shape but is probably best for those without excessive droop of the buttocks. Your medical history will be taken into consideration upon consultation to ensure all is well prior to treatment commencing.
How Is The Treatment Administered By The Doctor?
Topical anaesthetic cream is applied to the required area and left for approximately one hour until the skin is numb. The treated area is outlined with a surgical marking pen and a local anaesthetic is injected to numb the area. The hyaluronic acid is then injected into the required areas of the buttocks.
Does The Treatment Hurt?
Pain is kept to a minimum by the use of topical anaesthetic cream and local anaesthetic. However, you may feel mild discomfort as the local anaesthetic and hyaluronic acid are injected.
Will I See Results Straight Away?
The results are visible immediately but you may get some swelling and bruising. We therefore advise a two week period post-treatment before assessing the final outcome.
How Long Will It Take To Get Back To Normal?
We advise sleeping on your front for the first two weeks post treatment and avoid sitting for an extensive period of time. Cycling shorts or something of a similar nature should be worn for the first two weeks for 24 hours and in the day for the following two weeks. Antibiotics will be prescribed which should be taken as instructed by the surgeon. Excessive physical activities that particularly involve squatting should be avoided for two weeks ideally.
Are checkups included?
Checkups are offered free of charge. The doctor will see you shortly after your treatment to ensure everything is proceeding in the required fashion. You will also be given all required contact details for any advice you need between visits to the clinic.
