Arm lift surgery recovery process

Like any surgical procedure, recovery is key to achieving your desired look.

It's important you rest properly for a few weeks, avoid heavy lifting, and take a step back in your exercise routine. Put your feet up and follow the advice of the MYA team for a healthy and happy recovery. 

With arm liposuction, compression garments are provided to reduce swelling. These must be worn 24/7 for 4-6 weeks to aid healing and protect the incision sites.

Swelling and bruising are normal and nothing to worry about. By following the provided aftercare advice, and attending post-op appointments, you'll notice these reducing over time.
