Much loved for her colourful wardrobe, the fitness fanatic has always been a fan favourite, but it's not just her killer abs that have her followers wanting advice on. Many fans are asking, how does Louise look so damn good? Is it down to some subtle non-surgical treatments?
There's no doubt the influencer's super toned body is down to lots of hard work and dedication in the gym, but over the years we have seen some subtle changes to Louise's face that a squat just can't take the credit for.

Has Louise Thompson had filler?
Louise's lips look fuller in 2020 than they have done is past years, indicating she may have undergone the non-surgical treatment of lip fillers. The provider has ensured her lips still appear natural and in proportion to the patient’s facial features. The average cost of lip fillers in the UK can range depending on the provider and the amount of filler used, however, you can expect to pay anything from £200 - £1000 per treatment.
Looking back at older photos of Louise, she appears to have a more defined jawline. It is possible Louise has had jawline and chin contouring with non-surgical dermal fillers. This treatment creates a more chiselled look to the chin and jawline and can cost around £150 to £300 per session, depending on the amount of product used.

Has Louise Thompson had Botox?
There are suggestions Louise has had anti-wrinkle injections, often referred to as Botox, to her forehead and around her eyes (crow’s feet) as she appears to have a smoother forehead and less visible frown lines compared to previous images. The treatment will normally last 3-6 months as muscle action gradually returns, the lines and wrinkles begin to reappear and need to be treated again. This procedure can give the appearance of smoother skin and a youthful appearance or it can be used as a preventative measure to slow the process of wrinkles.
Louise may have recently undergone a Rhinoplasty (the surgical name for nose reshaping surgery) procedure. Her nose appears thinner across the bridge of her nose and the tip and nostrils appear to be smaller than in previous images. The surgical procedure of reducing the size of the nostrils is called an alar-base reduction. A nose changing shape in such a way could only be achieved through surgery rather than contouring. The results of the procedure are very natural and still in-keeping with the natural proportions of her face. The cost of a Rhinoplasty procedure ultimately depends on many different physiological factors, the techniques used and the surgeon. They typically range anything from £6000-£10,000.
The Verdict
The before and after photos of Louise suggest that she has probably had some non-surgical treatments to her face, but there is no doubt that she has maintained her youthful beauty through eating a healthy balanced diet and exercising regularly. We think Louise looks amazing and we love the positive cheer she spreads on social media!
